Senior VP of Operations

Overview of the role:

We are looking for an exceptionally Senior VP of Operations to help build, optimize, and manage operations across a fast-growing full-stack digital marketing agency. This is not an execution role—we need a strategic operator who can independently identify problems, implement solutions, and take ownership of operational excellence with minimal oversight.
The ideal candidate has previously led operations within a digital marketing, branding, or full-service agency and can quickly evaluate existing workflows, establish scalable systems, and improve the client lifecycle from onboarding through delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and optimize agency operations from end to end.
• Design and implement scalable operational systems and SOPs.
• Build and improve client lifecycle processes from onboarding through project completion.
• Create and optimize operational workflows and automations.
• Establish accountability systems across departments.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
• Work closely with leadership while requiring minimal supervision.
• Utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automation.
• Build systems that support long-term agency growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior leadership experience (VP of Operations, Director of Operations, COO, or similar).
• Strong background in full-service or digital marketing agencies.
• Proven experience building operational systems from the ground up.
• Extensive experience with workflow optimization and process improvement.
• Highly proficient with AI tools and operational automation.
• Strategic thinker who takes ownership without constant direction.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to make executive-level decisions and recommendations.
• Philippines-based.
