E-Commerce Content Specialist - Data Entry

About us
We are a U.S.-based e-commerce store for for consumer Electronics. We’re hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry teammate to help keep our product catalog accurate and up to date.

Role (full-time)
Remote role open to candidates currently located in the Philippines. You’ll add and update product data in admin panels and perform basic QA.

What you’ll do

Enter and update product titles, prices, SKUs, specs, and categories

Upload images and fill alt text; spot and fix typos/duplicates

Clean/normalize brand names and attributes (e.g., model numbers)

Maintain simple Google Sheets for tracking changes and status

Perform basic QA checks on live pages (links, images, formatting)

MUST HAVES

-Must know HTML

-Located in the Philippines with a reliable internet connection

-Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and web forms

-Strong attention to detail and consistent, accurate typing

-Able to follow clear instructions and meet daily/weekly quotas

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with e-commerce product catalogs (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay or custom admin)

Familiarity with simple image tasks (crop/resize)

Schedule & pay

Full time. Work hours are U.S. Pacific Time (Mon–Fri) 9am-5pm
