About the Role
- Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email , and chat.
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Contribute to tea ---------- etings and discussions to enhance overall customer support strategies.
- Other duties as dictated by the growth of business
