About the Role
  • Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email , and chat.
  • Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate the on boarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.
  • Coordinate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

We are seeking someone with at least Advanced Proficiency in Spanish
