Affiliate Community Manager — TikTok Shop (Part Time)

We are a growing US comfort sock brand selling exclusively through TikTok Shop. We're looking for an Affiliate Community Manager to own our creator relationships and WhatsApp affiliate community.
This is NOT a social media manager role. This is a creator relationship role. You will be the main point of contact for our affiliate creators — keeping them engaged, motivated, and consistently posting.
What You'll Own:
Creator Relationships:

Personal outreach to every active creator weekly
New creator onboarding — welcome message, brief, first post follow-up
Re-engage creators who have gone quiet
Track which creators are active, warm, or going cold
Flag top creators needing brand owner's personal attention

WhatsApp Community:

3 posts per week minimum — hook of the week, leaderboard update, bonus reminder
Keep community energy high between launch periods
Share winning videos and hooks as they're identified

Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain creator tracker — tier, commission rate, last post, last sale, last personal touch
Weekly Sunday report to brand owner — who's hot, who's cold, GMV this week, top video

What Success Looks Like:

No creator goes cold without an outreach attempt
WhatsApp community gets 3 posts every week without being reminded
Weekly report sent every Sunday without fail
Creators feel personally valued and stay consistently engaged

Requirements:

Strong conversational English — warm, natural, not robotic
You will be communicating directly with US-based content creators. Your written English must feel warm, personal and natural — not formal or translated. Your video introduction is how we assess this.
Experience managing a community — WhatsApp, ---------- , Facebook Group, or similar
Familiar with TikTok and how creator content works
Organized — maintains tracking sheets without being told
Available during US hours — minimum 6am-2pm EST overlap daily

Nice to have:

TikTok Shop affiliate experience
Has managed influencer or creator relationships before
Familiar with Google Sheets

Compensation starts at $500/month. Strong performance is reviewed at 90 days with opportunity for salary increase based on results.
