TikTok Ad Video Editor (Performance-Based | Long-Term Opportunity)

We’re looking for a high-level video editor who understands TikTok-style ads, not just editing.

This is NOT a basic editing role.
You’ll be responsible for recreating high-performing ads using our assets—and helping us scale winning creatives.

What You’ll Be Doing
? Take a script + brand footage (b-roll) + reference video
? Recreate the reference video as closely (or better) using the provided assets
? Edit for high retention & conversions (hooks, pacing, captions, sound effects)
? Follow brand style + ad structure
? Deliver fast and iterate based on feedback

Your job is simple:
Turn what’s already working… into something that works even better.

? Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels ad style
? Knows how to:
? Build strong hooks (first 1–3 seconds)
? Maintain retention (pattern interrupts, pacing)
? Use captions + visuals effectively
? Can follow references precisely
? Fast turnaround + reliable communication
? Experience with CapCut
