Content & Social Media Assistant (Real Estate + Personal Brand | Full-Time Remote)

We are looking for a full-time Content & Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow a real estate and personal brand across multiple platforms.

This is an execution-focused role. You will be taking existing content (videos, ideas, posts) and turning it into high-quality, consistent content across all channels.

You will work directly with our team and support our current marketing lead (this is NOT a solo role).

Platforms You Will Manage:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• Twitter / Threads
• Blog on our website (Real Geeks platform)

Your Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Create and schedule daily posts across all platforms
• Write captions in a natural, engaging tone
• Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats
• Post and format blog content on our website (Real Geeks)
• Apply basic SEO to blog posts (titles, keywords, formatting)
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Organize content in folders and systems

What Success Looks Like:

• 1–2 short-form videos posted daily
• Daily posts across Instagram, Facebook , and LinkedIn
• Weekly blog posts uploaded and optimized
• Consistent, clean, on-brand content

Requirements:

• Experience with Canva and/or CapCut
• Experience editing short-form video content
• Strong written English (clear, natural—not robotic)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet and ability to work full-time

Bonus (Not Required):

• Real estate experience
• Experience with Real Geeks platform
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Experience managing multiple social platforms

Compensation:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Competitive monthly salary based on experience
