About the Role

We're a growing sales organization looking for a sharp, organized Virtual Assistant to lead recruiting for our high-ticket sales team. You'll be sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for commission-based Setters and Closers who will work with our intake pipeline nationwide. This is a fully remote, flexible role — you set your own hours as long as candidates keep moving through the pipeline.

What You'll Do

Post and manage job listings across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, closer/setter communities, etc.)
Screen applicants for relevant high-ticket sales/setting/closing experience
Conduct initial phone/video screens to vet communication skills and track record
Verify past commission-based sales performance (ask for numbers, references, or call recordings where possible)
Schedule qualified candidates for final interviews with our sales director
Maintain a simple tracker/spreadsheet of candidate pipeline status
Communicate professionally with all candidates on behalf of the company — you'll be the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process

Who We're Looking For

Must be located in the United States and fluent in English (written and verbal)
Experience recruiting for sales roles, ideally in high-ticket coaching, consulting, agency, or info-product spaces
Comfortable evaluating sales resumes/portfolios (understands terms like "cash collected," "close rate," "show rate," "one-call close")
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly organized — able to run a candidate pipeline without things falling through the cracks
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight

Candidate Profile You'll Be Hiring For

We need both:

Setters – qualify inbound leads from intake forms, book calls, keep calendars full
Closers – take booked calls and close high-ticket offers

Both roles are 100% commission-based, remote, open nationwide within the U.S., and require fluent English.
