About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, creative Instagram Specialist based in the Philippines with a background or strong interest in dentistry, medicine, or the healthcare industry.
This is a part-time, focused role (10 hours per week). Your core mission is to manage and elevate our Instagram presence (cross-posting to Facebook ) to build a highly visual, educational, and high-trust brand. You will translate clinical treatments into accessible, high-converting social media content, process clinical imagery (like before-and-afters), and keep our feed looking visually pristine.
Location: 100% Remote (Based in the Philippines)
Hours: 10 hours per week (approx. 40–45 hours per month)
Time Zone Alignment: Flexible, but must include a daily 15–20 minute window during UK business hours (BST) to check and respond to urgent direct messages (DMs).
Compensation: Competitive monthly salary in PHP/GBP (paid via Wise)
Key Responsibilities
1. Instagram Content Planning & Copywriting (3 Posts/Week)
Plan and schedule a consistent monthly content calendar featuring a mix of educational carousels, aesthetic static posts, and short-form Reels.
Write engaging, educational, and clinically accurate copy that translates complex procedures into patient-friendly language.
Research and apply highly targeted local and dental-specific hashtag and keyword strategies to boost organic reach.
2. Design & Video Editing
Design visually polished, clean, and modern templates, carousels, and stories using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Process and organize clinical photography (before-and-after treatment results), ensuring high-quality clinical aesthetics while maintaining patient confidentiality.
Edit 1–2 short-form Reels per week using raw video assets and clips provided by the clinician (using CapCut or similar tools).
3. DM Management & Daily Engagement
Monitor the inbox for 15–20 minutes daily to respond to comments and answer basic, non-diagnostic patient inquiries, helping guide prospects toward booking inquiries.
Schedule all finalized posts in advance using Meta Business Suite or scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Planoly).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Healthcare or Dental Industry Experience: Previous experience working with a dental practice, cosmetic clinic, medical center, or healthcare marketing agency. You should feel comfortable learning and discussing clinical terminology.
Outstanding Written English: Exceptional written communication skills with a strong grasp of professional, reassuring, and warm tone.
Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Canva, CapCut (or other mobile video editing software), and Meta Business Suite.
Aesthetic Eye: An excellent eye for clean, clinical, and premium aesthetics—knowing how to make medical/dental content look appealing and professional, not clinical or intimidating.
Reliable Infrastructure: High-speed, stable internet connection (with a backup power/internet solution for storm season) and a reliable computer.
