Job Description:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the insurance workflow and can handle both administrative and client-facing tasks efficiently. You will support daily operations, maintain accurate policy data, and ensure excellent communication between clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process both commercial and personal lines insurance documentation, including renewals, claims, and endorsements.
• Provide bilingual customer support, assisting clients with policy inquiries, coverage clarifications, and updates.
• Handle data entry, update insurance records, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, and preparing reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client data in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial and personal lines insurance or a related administrative role.
• Working knowledge of insurance policies, claims handling, and industry processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and insurance platforms).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
