Role Summary

  • As a CRO Designer, you will own everything that happens after the click. Your primary focus is designing and testing high-converting Shopify experiences advertorials, landing pages, product pages, upsell flows that turn our media spend into profit.
  • You must have a deep understanding of Direct Response (DR) principles. We are not looking for someone who falls in love with a design; we are looking for someone who is right.
  • You will work closely with the Creative Strategy, Media Buying and Growth teams to make sure the promise made in the ad survives the click and converts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and iterate high-converting Shopify landing pages, advertorials, PDPs and funnels across multiple brands.
  • Own the CRO testing roadmap: hypothesis, variant, result, next.
  • Design A/B and multivariate tests and own the readout, what won, what lost, and why.
  • Design ad-to-page continuity in lockstep with the creative pipeline.
  • Design AOV mechanics: bundles, upsells, cross-sells, subscription offers, cart drawers.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Proven DR Background: Extensive experience in CRO for direct response e-commerce.
  • Proven Results: A track record of tests you ran end to end, with the numbers to back them.
  • Deep Shopify: Themes, page builders (GemPages or similar), and the app ecosystem.
  • Paid Traffic Fluency: You've designed specifically for Meta traffic and know why it behaves differently from organic.
  • Tooling: Fluent in Figma; comfortable enough in HTML/CSS (and Liquid) to brief a developer without a translator.
  • Analytical Rigor: You can discuss sample size and significance without hand-waving.
  • English: Solid written and spoken English, with meaningful CET overlap.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in the US market (specifically 40+ female audience).
  • DTC experience, ideally in skincare, health, or wellness niches.
  • Background in copywriting or scriptwriting for high-converting VSLs and advertorials.
  • Klaviyo, TripleWhale or Northbeam experience.
  • Funnel building platform knowledge (Checkoutchamp, funnelish etc.) +
  • Deep hands-on AI experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Versatile: You can write an advertorial headline, mock a section, or design a static if the team needs a hand.
  • Fast & Agile: You thrive in a high-pressure environment where speed is a competitive advantage.
  • The "AI Architect": You use AI tools to move from insight to wireframe to shipped variant in days, not weeks.

This is not a traditional "web design" role. We are looking for a CRO Designer who understands that data dictates art.
