Travel Agent (Non-Voice)

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent with strong hands-on knowledge of Travelport to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing flight reservations, ticketing requests, booking changes, cancellations, and reissues while delivering accurate and responsive support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and ticket reissues
Handle travel reservations and operational support using Travelport
Assist travel agents and internal teams with ticketing and reservation requests
Resolve booking concerns accurately and efficiently
Maintain strong service levels and response times across assigned shifts

Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on Travelport experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced travel environment
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Previous experience supporting travel agencies, airlines, or travel operations is preferred
