Hiring: Full-Time Webinar Marketing & Funnel Expert

We're looking for a full-time Webinar Marketing Expert to join our team for a long-term career opportunity.

We've been hiring talented professionals from the Philippines for over 10 years, and many of our tea ---------- mbers have been with us for years. We believe in building long-term relationships, treating people fairly, and creating opportunities for people who want to grow with our company.

We operate a rapidly growing Medicare health insurance agency, and webinars are one of the biggest parts of our marketing strategy. We're looking for someone who truly understands how to build, optimize, and scale successful webinar funnels.

This is not an entry-level position.

We're looking for someone who understands webinar marketing inside and out. If I get on a call with you and start asking detailed questions about webinar funnels, registration pages, attendance rates, reminder sequences, conversions, follow-up campaigns, and optimization strategies, I expect you to be able to answer confidently. If you don't have extensive experience with webinars, this position probably won't be the right fit.

What We're Looking For
Extensive experience building and managing webinar marketing funnels
Deep understanding of what gets people to register and actually attend webinars
Experience improving webinar attendance and conversion rates
Knowledge of reminder sequences using email , SMS, and other follow-up strategies
Experience creating high-converting webinar registration pages
Understanding of webinar psychology and buyer behavior
Ability to analyze webinar performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience integrating webinar platforms with CRMs such as GoHighLevel is a major plus
Familiarity with platforms such as WebinarJam, EverWebinar, Zoom Webinars, Demio, EasyWebinar, GoTo Webinar, or similar platforms
Someone who enjoys testing new ideas and continually improving webinar performance
About the Position

You'll work directly with me to improve every part of our webinar marketing process.

That includes increasing registrations, improving attendance, optimizing reminder sequences, refining follow-up campaigns, increasing appointment bookings, and ultimately helping us generate more sales through webinars.

This is a full-time position for someone looking to become a long-ter ---------- mber of our team, not a short-term consulting project.

Comfortable joining Zoo ---------- etings to discuss strategy and ideas
Able to explain why webinar funnels succeed or fail and recommend improvements based on experience
Compensation

Compensation will be based on your experience, knowledge, and the value you bring to our business.
