Virtual Assistant

Hello, I am seeking a skilled and experienced individual to be my virtual assistant with excellent spoken and written English. I am looking for candidates who have:

-An excellent grasp of English (spoken, written, and listening)
-Initiative and reliability
-A strong sense of trustworthiness, as they will be dealing with private and confidential information
-Empathy and patience, especially when supporting very nervous or anxious parents
-Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain information slowly, clearly, and warmly
-Cultural sensitivity and professionalism when dealing with families from diverse backgrounds
-Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting calls or following processes
-The ability to follow scripts and protocols while exercising good judgement about when to escalate queries
-Discretion and a solid understanding of confidentiality and GDPR requirements
-Problem-solving skills and adaptability when handling unexpected issues
-A team player mentality, with willingness to support colleagues and cross-cover when required
-Basic IT literacy, with confidence using call-handling software, email , and patient management systems
