This is more than a VA position. This is an opportunity to help build a brand with a goal of becoming a Top 1% TikTok Shop creator.

What You’ll Help With:

? Video editing (CapCut/Captions)
? Creating high-converting TikTok Shop captions
? Researching trending hooks, sounds, and products
? Optimizing videos for retention and conversions
? Hashtag and SEO research
? Analytics tracking and identifying winning content
? Repurposing one piece of content into multiple videos
? Organizing our content library and posting schedule
? Helping scale our TikTok Shop content to ---------- videos per month

You’re a Great Fit If You:

?? Have experience growing TikTok Shop accounts
?? Understand TikTok analytics and retention
?? Know what makes people STOP scrolling
?? Love testing new ideas and improving performance
?? Are organized, proactive, and obsessed with results
?? Can think strategically, not just follow directions
?? Have experience with TikTok Shop affiliates or e-commerce creators (preferred)

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

• CapCut

• Canva
• TikTok Shop Affiliate
• UGC
• SEO for TikTok
• Click-through rate optimization
• A/B testing hooks
