About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing remote team.
In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
-Source, screen, and assess caregiver candidates using approved recruitment platforms and sourcing channels
-Manage job postings and maintain organized candidate pipelines
-Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and interview coordination
-Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates through phone, messaging, and email
-Track recruitment workflows and maintain hiring progress reports
-Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and tea ---------- mbers
-Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination
-Maintain candidate records and ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently
-Prepare regular reports related to hiring activity and recruitment performance
-Support improvements to recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
-Perform other recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
-Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination in the home care industry is required
-Experience supporting home care, staffing, customer service, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred
-Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
-Strong communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills
-Ability to work independently while following structured processes
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration tools
-Must be available to work consistently during U.S. business hours
-Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment required
-Willing to complete required onboarding and compliance training
