Full-Time AI Content & Publishing Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and AI-savvy Content & Publishing Manager to help build books, educational content, courses, and media for a fast-growing personal development brand.

This is not a traditional VA role.

You will help transform ideas, voice notes, transcripts, and educational material into high-quality content assets using AI tools and modern workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• loves AI tools,
• enjoys organizing knowledge and ideas,

• is proactive and detail-oriented,
• and has a genuine interest in psychology, personal development, spirituality.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage content systems inside Notion and Google Drive
• Turn transcripts, voice notes, and raw ideas into structured written content
• Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to help draft and refine:

• books
• workbooks
• journals
• course content
• email s
• social media content
• scripts
• Help build and manage AI knowledge bases, workflows, and “AI brains” that understand our tonality, teachings, frameworks, and content style
• Work with Claude projects and AI systems to organize and synthesize large amounts of educational content
• Maintain consistent brand voice and tonality across all content
• Publish books on Amazon KDP
• Format and prepare books for publishing
• Research Amazon KDP categories, keywords, and optimization
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form content ideas
• Assist in organizing launches, educational content, and digital assets

Requirements

• Excellent written English
• Strong organization skills
• Comfortable using AI tools daily
• Experience with Amazon KDP publishing is REQUIRED
• Experience using Claude projects or advanced AI workflows is a big plus
• Ability to understand and organize large knowledge bases and content systems
• Emotionally intelligent and detail-oriented
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Genuine interest in psychology, personal development, spirituality, manifestation, healing, or consciousness work

Compensation

• Full-time remote position
• Salary: $650/month
