We are hiring a full-time AI Short-Form Video Editor to create high-quality vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and online communities.

This role is for someone who is fast, creative, organized, and experienced with short-form editing, B-roll, AI tools, captions, and visual storytelling.

You must be able to create 6 short-form videos per day.

Each video will be less than 1 minute long.

What You Need To Know How To Do

You need to know how to:

Edit high-quality short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Use B-roll to support what is being said in the script
Create strong pacing, hooks, captions, zooms, cuts, and transitions
Make videos visually engaging from beginning to end
Use green screen footage and place avatars over different backgrounds
Create and edit talking avatar videos
Generate AI avatars using tools like Claude, HeyGen, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, Seedance, Runway, Kling, or similar tools
Use Claude or ChatGPT to help create prompts for avatars, B-roll, visual scenes, and video concepts
Create cartoon-style or comic-style visuals when needed
Generate or source B-roll that matches the message of the script
Turn regular visuals into a consistent stylized look
Add clean captions and keywords on screen
Use sound effects, music, and motion to improve retention
Follow a brand style and keep videos consistent
Take feedback and make revisions quickly

You do not need to know every single tool, but you must be comfortable learning new AI tools quickly.

Main Responsibilities

Create 6 short-form videos per day
Edit videos under 1 minute
Create B-roll ideas based on the script
Generate AI visuals and avatars when needed
Edit avatar footage into vertical videos
Add captions, keywords, effects, sound, and transitions
Make each video clear, polished, and ready to post
Keep the visual style consistent across videos
Communicate clearly and deliver on time

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position.

You must be able to deliver 6 videos per day, Monday to Friday.

Each video will be less than 1 minute long.
