Hire Lead Chill helps home service companies across the United States find amazing employees. We're growing quickly and are looking for a reliable, organized Virtual Assistant to become an important part of our team.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to candidate questions through text message and chat
  • Communicate with job applicants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and manage candidate conversations inside Indeed
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
  • Complete recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Create and schedule social media posts for multiple client accounts
  • Keep candidate records accurate and organized
  • Help ensure every applicant has an excellent experience
  • Report directly to and work under the guidance and direction of our VA Manager.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional, and patient communicator
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable multitasking and switching between projects
  • Must have your own computer or laptop suitable for remote work
  • Strong and reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Able to work independently while following established processes
  • Experience using Indeed, Facebook , Canva, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience
  • Customer support or recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
