Job Title: AI & Business Growth Specialist
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time | Long-Term
Starting Rate: $5.00/hour (Performance & Revenue Review After 90 Days)

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, systems-oriented professional with expertise in AI, automation, APIs, GoHighLevel (GHL), social media management, digital marketing, online marketplaces, and e-commerce operations.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the technology and marketing systems that power our growing digital business ecosystem. You will build intelligent workflows, optimize business operations, automate repetitive processes, manage social media platforms, and develop scalable systems that support customer acquisition, sales, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities
AI, Automation & Systems Development
Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency across multiple businesses.
Develop scalable business systems that integrate marketing, sales, customer service, operations, and internal processes.
Create and maintain automation workflows using AI platforms, APIs, webhooks, Zapier, ---------- , GoHighLevel, and other integration tools.
Build and optimize CRM systems in GoHighLevel, including:
Pipelines
Automations
Lead nurturing
Sales funnels
Forms
Calendars
Customer journeys
Integrate CRMs, e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, payment systems, communication tools, and other SaaS applications into a unified ecosystem.
Design scalable system architecture that supports business expansion and operational efficiency.
Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and replace manual processes with automation wherever possible.
Troubleshoot automation issues and continuously improve system reliability, security, and performance.
Maintain documentation, workflow diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all systems and automations.
Research, test, and implement emerging AI technologies that improve productivity, customer experience, and operational performance.

Social Media Management & Digital Marketing
Manage multiple social media accounts across different brands while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
Develop and execute social media strategies that support business growth, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Create, edit, schedule, and publish high-quality content using AI-assisted content creation tools.
Design and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Monitor engagement, audience growth, reach, and campaign performance across all platforms.
Analyze social media analytics and provide actionable recommendations to improve visibility, conversions, and ROI.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries when required while maintaining a professional brand voice.
Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and efficiency.
Automate content scheduling, publishing, customer engagement, lead capture, and follow-up sequences using GoHighLevel and other automation platforms.
Stay current on platform updates, social media trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations
Support the development, optimization, and management of e-commerce stores and marketplace operations.
Assist with product listings, inventory workflows, promotional campaigns, and customer experience improvements.
Build systems that streamline marketplace operations and improve operational efficiency.
Integrate marketplace platforms with CRM, automation, inventory, and marketing systems.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and operational scalability through automation and AI.

Business Strategy & Process Improvement
Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into scalable technology and marketing solutions.
Recommend AI, automation, and digital marketing strategies that improve productivity and revenue.
Ensure accurate data synchronization and seamless information flow across all connected platforms.
Develop systems that improve customer acquisition, marketing performance, sales processes, reporting, and business intelligence.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve overall business performance.

Qualifications Required
Strong knowledge of AI tools and practical AI implementation.
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, ---------- , GoHighLevel, or similar.
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Experience managing business social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
Understanding of major social media platforms, analytics, scheduling tools, and content strategies.
Experience supporting e-commerce businesses or online marketplaces.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred
Experience designing end-to-end business automation systems.
Background in AI implementation or systems architecture.
Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or similar platforms.
Experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
Experience creating dashboards, reporting systems, and business analytics.
Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing automation is a plus.

Hiring Process

What You Can Expect
Starting rate of $5.00/hour
Performance and revenue review after 90 days
Opportunity for an increase to $6.00/hour based on performance and contribution
