About the Role

We're looking for someone who knows how to make ad spend actually work — not just launch campaigns, but watch the numbers and adjust until they perform. If you get a little obsessed with CPA and ROAS, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing

Setting up, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or both)
Monitoring performance daily and adjusting budgets, targeting, and creatives
Running A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and audiences
Reporting on campaign performance in a way that's clear, not just a wall of numbers
Researching audiences and keeping an eye on what competitors are doing
Flagging underperforming campaigns early instead of letting budget burn

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns
Proven results you can show us (screenshots, case studies, or reports)
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
Comfortable reading data and making decisions from it, not just guessing
Good written English for reporting and communication

Nice to Have

Experience running ads for US-based businesses
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
Experience with landing page optimization or basic funnel strategy
