About the Role

We're looking for a leader who enjoys solving business problems through systems, technology, automation, and AI.
This isn't an IT support role.
It isn't about maintaining software.
It's about designing how an organization works.
If you've ever looked at a process and thought, "There's a better, faster, smarter way to do this," you'll probably enjoy this role.
You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to improve workflows, automate repetitive work, increase visibility across the business, and help build a more scalable organization.

What You'll Own:

Design and improve the systems that power the business
Simplify workflows and eliminate manual processes through automation
Improve how teams collaborate, communicate, and access information
Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make better decisions
Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity
Lead business systems initiatives from idea through implementation
Partner with leaders across the organization to solve operational challenges
Lead and mentor a small technical team

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who has successfully improved how organizations operate.
You may be a great fit if you've:
Led business systems, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
Improved workflows across multiple departments
Built reporting or operational visibility for leadership teams
Introduced automation or AI that created measurable business improvements
Worked closely with executives to solve business—not just technical—problems

Technical Experience:
Experience with some of the following is highly desirable:
Microsoft 365
SharePoint
Teams
Power BI
Power Automate
Microsoft Copilot
Business intelligence and reporting platforms
Workflow automation tools
AI productivity tools
You'll Thrive Here If You...
Think like a business leader first and a technologist second
Enjoy solving complex operational problems
Naturally look for ways to improve systems and processes
Can communicate equally well with executives and technical teams
Like building things that create long-term impact—not just quick fixes

Why Join Us?
This is a rare opportunity to shape how an entire organization operates.
Your work won't be measured by how many systems you maintain. It'll be measured by how much faster, smarter, and more effective the organization becomes because of the systems you build.
You'll have direct access to executive leadership, the freedom to recommend better ways of working, and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact across the business.

Work Setup

Fully remote. We care about outcomes, ownership, and collaboration—not where you work.
Apply now and tell us about the most impactful business improvement you've led. We'd love to hear the problem, your approach, and the results you achieved.
