Short-Form Editor for TikTok Shop

HIGH-VOLUME short-form editor needed for German-language TikTok Shop content.
This is a production role:
10-20 videos per week, every week and even more
Please only apply if you can genuinely sustain that pace.

You do NOT need to speak German. I provide everything:
raw footage, the script and edit notes. You execute the cut.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit raw footage (talking-head + B-roll) into 60 second TikTok Shop videos
• Fast-paced cutting: no dead air, cut tight, hold retention
• No sound effects, just zooms but good timing
• Increase volume, export video

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong short-form editing skills: tight cuts, clean pacing, no dead air
• CapCut (desktop) - required, my entire workflow is built around it
• Fast and consistent: I need 20+ finished videos per week, every week
• The videos are in German, but you don't need to understand the language
• Reliable daily communication, no ghosting
• You're free to use AI tools to work faster

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with TikTok / Reels / Shorts style content
• Basic motion graphics (zooms, speed ramps, transitions)
• Experience editing in a language you don't speak

PAY
4 to 6 dollars per hour, depending on your skill level and speed

Part of the application will be a instructed test edit.
