About the Role

We're a growing U.S.-based home services company in Virginia looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a full-time remote position for someone who communicates clearly in English, enjoys helping customers over the phone, and is confident handling both inbound and outbound calls. If you're dependable, a quick learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: Starting at $5/hour, with opportunities for raises and long-term growth based on performance.

What You'll Do
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
Deliver excellent customer service while building rapport with callers.
Update customer information and appointment details in our CRM.
Follow company processes and call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.

What We're Looking For
Clear, fluent English with a neutral or light accent.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Confident speaking with American customers over the phone.
Quick learner who can adapt to new software and procedures.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Quiet, professional work environment.
Noise-cancelling headset.
Availability to work U.S. East Coast (EST) morning or afternoon shifts.
