HOURS: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday. These are daytime hours for our US customers, so you MUST be able to work nights consistently and long-term. If you cannot work overnight, please do not apply.
Crappy Cleanup is a growing dog waste removal company in Phoenix, Arizona (over 1,100 customers). We are hiring a remote Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — answering customer calls, texts, and email s, signing up new customers, saving cancellations, and keeping our customers happy.
THIS IS A PHONE ROLE. You will talk to American customers every day. Clear, friendly, confident spoken English is required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Answer inbound calls, texts, and email s within 10 minutes during our business hours
- Quote and sign up new customers
- Save customers who want to cancel
- Pitch service plans and add-ons
- Keep customer accounts accurate in our systems
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Excellent spoken AND written English
- The ability to work the night shift (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM PH time) reliably
- Fast, reliable internet PLUS a backup internet source (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
- A backup power source (this shift runs through brownouts)
- A quiet workspace and a good headset
- A computer (not a phone-only setup)
A PLUS: customer service, sales, or call-center experience; experience with a CRM or scheduling software.
