About the Role

We need a GoHighLevel specialist who lives inside GHL the way most people live inside their email . This is not a generalist VA role with GHL as one of many tools. GHL is your primary tool, your domain, and the thing you are hired to own.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining automations, managing webinar sequences, handling campaign data, and supporting incoming communications. You will also be expected to use AI tools — specifically Claude — to build dashboards, documents, and internal tools without needing a developer.

If you need someone to explain to you what a trigger or workflow branch is, this is not the right role. If you can build a complex multi-step automation from scratch and explain every decision you made, keep reading.

What you will own
GHL automations and workflows - Build, manage, and troubleshoot automations across pipelines, campaigns, and sequences - Design and maintain workflows for lead intake, follow-up, booking, and no-show handling - Integrate GHL with external tools (Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Stripe, Zoom, and others) - Audit existing automations and improve them proactively — not only when something breaks

Webinar operations - Set up and manage weekly webinar sequences inside GHL from registration to post-event follow-up - Manage Zoom Webinar (or WebinarJam) — scheduling, reminders, attendee management, recordings - Monitor automation sequences tied to webinar campaigns and fix issues in real time - Track registration rates, show rates, and engagement — report on what the data says

Campaign management and data - Build and manage SMS and email campaigns inside GHL - Track campaign performance: open rates, click rates, reply rates, conversion metrics - Pull data from GHL, organize it, and put it somewhere the team can actually use it - Flag what is working and what is not — you are not just executing, you are reading the results

Inbound communications - Handle a portion of incoming messages — leads, client inquiries, general support - You are not the primary support person, but you will be expected to respond professionally and on time - Escalate when needed, resolve when you can

AI-assisted building - Use Claude and Claude Code to build dashboards, internal tracking tools, SOPs, and reports without needing a developer - You do not need to be a software engineer, but you need to know how to build with AI — and produce output that is actually useful and runs

What we need to see from you
GoHighLevel — You have used it as your primary tool for at least 3 years. You know automations, pipelines, campaigns, forms, funnels, calendars, and workflows inside out. You have built complex multi-branch automations, not just simple drip sequences. You know when something is wrong before someone tells you.

Webinar experience — You have personally set up and managed live webinar sequences. Not supervised someone who did it. You know how to build the landing page, the registration form, the confirmation sequence, the reminder sequence, the post-event follow-up, and the no-show re-engagement. You have run something live and fixed problems in real time.

Data and reporting — You track things. You know what the numbers mean. You do not just pull a report and hand it to someone — you tell them what it says and what to do about it.

AI tools — You use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily. You have used AI to build something — a dashboard, a tracker, a document, a workflow. Familiarity with Claude Code is a strong plus. You can show us what you have made.

Communication — Your written English is professional. You respond quickly. You flag problems before they become bigger problems. You do not go quiet.

What we do not want
Someone who lists GHL as a skill but uses it for basic pipeline management
Someone who needs a checklist to set up a webinar sequence
Someone who reports data without interpreting it
Someone who uses AI as a spell-checker rather than a builder
Someone who needs significant hand-holding on technical setup
Someone who treats this like a job they maintain rather than a function they own
Application instructions
Do not send a generic application. We will not read it.

Answer these three questions in your application. Keep it direct and specific — no more than a few sentences each.

Describe the most complex automation you have built in GHL. What triggered it, what were the branches, and what was the outcome?

Walk us through how you would set up a full webinar sequence inside GHL — from registration page to post-webinar follow-up. Be specific.

Show us something you have built using AI. Link to it, screenshot it, or describe it in detail. What was the problem, what did you build, and what was the result?

Applications without answers to these three questions will not be reviewed.
