About the Role

We are a fast-growing women’s wireless bra and apparel brand serving customers aged 45 to 65 across the US, UK and Canada.

We are looking for an experienced static ad designer who deeply understands direct-response marketing and has already created static ads that scaled to significant Meta ad spend.

We are not looking for someone who mainly creates attractive branding, organic social posts or polished visuals without measurable performance. You must understand how hooks, customer awareness, pain points, offers, proof, copy and visual hierarchy work together to generate clicks and purchases.

You must be able to prove that statics you personally designed have scaled at high ad spend. Applications without verifiable performance proof will not be considered.

What you will do

  • Design conversion-focused static ads for Meta in 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 formats
  • Turn creative briefs, customer research and proven marketing angles into high-performing ad concepts
  • Create testimonial ads, review graphics, comparison ads, before-and-after concepts, problem-solution ads, offer creatives, advertorial-style statics and UGC-inspired designs
  • Develop multiple variations of hooks, headlines, imagery, layouts and proof elements for rapid testing
  • Analyze winning creatives and produce iterations based on spend, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion data
  • Conduct regular competitor and creative research using Atria, Foreplay, Meta Ad Library and similar tools
  • Identify patterns in winning ads instead of blindly copying individual creatives
  • Maintain a tasteful, aspirational and confidence-driven visual style for women aged 45 to 65
  • Work closely with our creative strategist to ensure every design communicates one clear angle

Non-negotiable requirements

  • Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid-social creative
  • Proven experience designing static ads for DTC or e-commerce brands
  • Proof that statics you personally designed have scaled at meaningful Meta ad spend
  • At least one static ad that spent $25,000 or more
  • Evidence of multiple additional statics that received significant ad spend
  • Ability to provide screenshots fro ---------- ta Ads Manager, Triple Whale or another analytics platform
  • Ability to share relevant metrics such as spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, revenue or conversion rate
  • Strong experience using creative-research and ad-spy tools such as Atria, Foreplay and Meta Ad Library
  • Ability to research competitors, angles, formats and emerging creative patterns independently
  • Ability to clearly explain the hook, angle, target customer, awareness level and reasoning behind a design
  • Strong visual hierarchy, typography and conversion-focused composition
  • Fast and reliable execution without sloppy details or exports
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Canva
  • Strong written English and clear communication

You may blur confidential company information in your performance screenshots, but the spend and performance must remain visible.

Nice to have

  • Experience targeting women aged 40+
  • Experience in bras, apparel, beauty, wellness or shapewear
  • Experience working directly with creative strategists and media buyers
  • Experience using customer reviews, advertorials and voice-of-customer research to develop concepts
  • Basic motion-design or GIF skills
