Social Media Posting VA (Instagram) — Long-Term, Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage, post on, and grow Instagram accounts.

This is a long-term, part-time position with room to grow into more responsibility.

Please note: You will not create any content. We provide everything (videos, images, and captions). Your job is to execute the posting schedule perfectly and engage naturally to drive organic growth.

???? Key Responsibilities
Daily Posting: Publish exactly 2 Reels and 3 Stories per day on your assigned account(s).

Feed Posts: Publish 1 feed photo per week.

Account Growth (Engagement): Spend time daily engaging with other accounts (liking, following, watching stories) to build genuine, organic activity.

Follow our step-by-step account optimization and onboarding process

Daily Reporting: Check account status daily and report updates consistently via Telegram .

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Follow our written instructions exactly and maintain clear, timely communication.

???? What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Hardware: A modern smartphone for posting. (Having a second phone with a dedicated SIM/mobile network is a massive plus!)

Connection: Fast, stable, and highly reliable internet.

Availability: Must be available daily, specifically during afternoon and evening Philippine Standard Time (PHT), to hit our fixed posting windows.

Mindset: Extreme attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to follow instructions to the letter.

Communication: Fluent written English and reliable, daily check-ins via Telegram .

Commitment: Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
