We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in social media management within the U.S. market, preferably in the telecommunications industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate understands the competitive U.S. telecom landscape, consumer behavior, prepaid and postpaid wireless markets, and digital compliance standards. This individual is creative, analytical, and highly skilled in managing multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and service campaigns (wireless plans, devices, broadband, etc.).
- Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize ROI.
- Social Media Management (Primary Focus)
- Develop and execute organic and paid social media strategies across platforms including Facebook , Instagram, X (Twitter ), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, conversion-focused content tailored to U.S. audiences.
- Manage social media calendar, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
- Monitor brand sentiment and respond to customer inquiries/comments in a timely manner.
- Run paid social campaigns with audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
- Content & Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video teams to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Develop landing page copy and coordinate with web teams for optimization.
- Ensure messaging aligns with FCC and telecom advertising compliance guidelines.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis within the U.S. telecom space.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the U.S. telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience managing paid and organic social media campaigns targeting U.S. consumers.
- Strong understanding of prepaid/postpaid wireless, MVNOs, broadband, or mobile device marketing.
- Experience with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, social media insights platforms).
- Knowledge of U.S. digital marketing compliance standards and telecom regulations is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
