Now, we're looking for a full-time Personal Assistant (40 hours/week) to support our Executive Assistant, who works directly with our Founder & CEO. The CEO will assign priorities to the Executive Assistant, who will then delegate tasks to you. We're looking for someone who executes quickly, stays organized under pressure, and thrives in the fast-paced world of DTC e-commerce.

???? Your Responsibilities
? Support the Executive Assistant in managing the CEO's daily administrative and operational tasks
? Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and organize travel arrangements
? Call third-party companies, suppliers, service providers, government agencies, and business partners on behalf of the company
? Follow up with internal tea ---------- mbers to ensure projects and recurring tasks are completed on time
? Conduct online research and prepare reports, comparisons, and summaries
? Assist with project management and coordinate tasks across multiple departments
? Organize documents, spreadsheets, and internal systems
? Handle various business and personal administrative requests delegated by the Executive Assistant
? Identify problems proactively and execute solutions with minimal supervision
? Continuously improve processes to help the team operate more efficiently

?? DTC E-commerce Experience – You've previously worked for an e-commerce brand and understand the speed and priorities of a fast-growing online business
?? Fast Executor – You move quickly, complete tasks without constant follow-ups, and know how to prioritize effectively
?? Highly Organized – You're excellent at managing multiple priorities simultaneously without missing deadlines
?? Excellent Communicator – Strong written and verbal English skills, with confidence speaking to third parties over email and phone
?? Proactive Problem Solver – You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to resolve them
?? Trustworthy & Discreet – You'll regularly handle confidential company and executive information
?? Independent Yet Collaborative – You can work autonomously while coordinating effectively with the Executive Assistant and the rest of the team
?? Detail-Oriented – You catch the small details that others often overlook

Our founder Christian grew up in Frankfurt, Germany. Looking around, he noticed something striking: so many of the women in his life — his mom, his sister, his friends — wanted to get fitter, lose weight, and build muscle, but kept running into the same wall. They didn't have the time, the motivation, or the consistency to make the gym work.

The idea hit him during his own workout. He was using resistance bands and thought: what if these were built into everyday clothing? What if women could get the benefits of resistance training passively — while walking the kids to school, cooking dinner, or sitting at their desk? Fitness without the extra time or effort.

The idea was personal too. Christian was a difficult kid growing up and put his mom through a lot. She barely had time for herself, let alone the gym. He built Skinnify for women like her: busy, hardworking, often overlooked — so they could do something good for their bodies just by getting dressed.
