We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Management Virtual Assistant – Customer Support to join our team and help enhance the guest experience.
About the Role
As a Property Management Virtual Assistant – Customer Support you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding service and personalized attention to our guests. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience at every touch-point. Your role will include managing guest interactions, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations.
You will coordinate with other departments and vendors to resolve issues, schedule service appointments, tracking work orders from start to finish, maintain high occupancy rates and positive guest reviews. You will be handling multiple tasks for multiple properties and must be able to work individually and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate with be highly motivated, organized and customer-focused, and responsive overseeing our day-to-day operations of our properties. They will have experience in the hospitality industry, and with platforms such as AirBnB and VRBO. The role focuses on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in Airbnb operations, property management, or hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of Airbnb platform, including listing management, pricing, and guest communications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints or operational issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing several properties simultaneously.
- Property Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of multiple Airbnb properties, ensuring they are consistently well-maintained and ready for guest check-ins.
- Guest Relations: Manage communication with guests from booking through check-out, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Check-in/Check-out Coordination: Ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, including key exchange or smart lock management.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with cleaning, maintenance, and customer support teams to address any operational issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with maintenance coordination and handling of repairs.
- Proficiency in using Airbnb, property management software, and office tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to be on call for urgent issues or emergencies.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.
- Experience in managing short-term rentals across multiple platforms
