Sales & Booking Specialist — Remote, Performance-Driven (US Hospitality Company)

Month2Month runs premium furnished month-to-month homes across the US, and we're hiring a Sales & Booking Specialist to convert guest inquiries into bookings across Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, and direct channels. If you're competitive, fast, and great with people, you can grow quickly here — and earn more as you do.

YOUR EARNING & GROWTH PATH (USD)

• Training (first 3 months): $4/hr
• Support roles: $4-5/hr
• Functional ownership: $5/hr + KPI incentives
• Independent owner: $7/hr + performance incentives
• Sales: $4/hr + $4 per confirmed booking
• Top performers enter a 6-month Management Trainee Program ($6/hr rotation) on the way to bigger roles. Your pay grows with your results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond fast to inquiries across Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, and direct channels
• Match each guest to the right home and use friendly, persuasive communication to close the booking
• Follow up persistently to turn interest into confirmed stays
• Own booking performance for your listings — track traffic, conversion, and occupancy, and flag what to improve
• Coordinate with ops, cleaning, and maintenance so every booking goes smoothly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuine sales mindset — you love following up and closing
• Fluent English with persuasive written communication
• A strong sense of urgency; you reply fast and never let leads go cold
• Comfortable juggling many inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, property management, or sales

THE HOURS (PLEASE READ)
This role runs 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Pacific Time — an overnight shift in much of Asia. Please only apply if you can reliably commit to these hours.

TECH & AI — WE'LL GROW YOUR SKILLS, BUT ARRIVE CURIOUS

• Comfortable with everyday tech and Google Workspace
• Happy to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work faster — or eager to learn
• Bonus if you know automation tools (Zapier, n8n); if not, we'll teach you
