About the Role

We arrange corporate housing across Europe for companies relocating employee groups (construction, engineering, corporate teams, 5 to 25 people at a time). Inquiries come in daily. Your job is to own the case end to end: qualify the client, source the landlord, negotiate the terms, and close it.

This is not an admin or coordination-only role. What we need is someone who can get on a call with a skeptical landlord or a hesitant client and actually move the deal forward without hand-holding.

Pay is base plus 8% commission on every deal you personally close, paid monthly for the full length of the stay (a 6-month lease pays 6 months of commission). If you're looking for a flat hourly rate with no upside, this isn't the right fit.

If we proceed, you have one week to show results, not excuses. Real cases, real deadlines, real client and landlord conversations from day one. If day one turns into stories about why nothing moved, this ends fast.

Before you apply: record a 3-minute video of yourself doing this roleplay solo. You're calling a landlord in Amsterdam about a unit for a corporate client (3 people, 6 months). The landlord asks who the client is and what they're paying. Protect the client's identity, don't disclose your margin, and if the landlord quotes a high rate, push back using the long-term-tenancy angle.
