Remote Influencer Coordinator Assistant—Join Our Team!

We’re looking for an Influencer Coordinator Assistant to support our influencer team across large-scale gifting and affiliate campaigns. This role is highly executional and ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to work across fashion, beauty, and wellness brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing and vetting influencers for gifting, affiliate, and paid campaigns
• Assist with large-scale gifting initiatives (outreach, tracking, follow-ups, and shipping coordination)
• Manage influencer lists, databases, and campaign trackers
• Help coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor influencer content as it goes live and ensure requirements are met
• Support affiliate campaigns by tracking links, codes, and performance
• Assist with reporting by pulling campaign data and organizing insights
• Stay up to date on influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform updates

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and creator trends
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram (bonus if you’re deep in the space)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with influencer platforms, affiliate tools, or campaign tracking systems
• Background in marketing, communications, or a related field
