We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and confident communicator to join our team as a US DM Setter / Virtual Assistant in a full-time remote role.
This is a hybrid position supporting our US setting team across both direct message conversations and administrative support. You will be helping manage conversations with leads, followers, and booked prospects, while also keeping the backend systems, trackers, and admin tasks organised and accurate.
This role is open to applicants who are fast learners, strong written communicators, highly organised, and able to represent the voice of a premium brand with care, confidence, and professionalism.

YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:
- Managing and responding to direct message conversations with leads, followers, and booked prospects..
- Helping qualify leads and guide conversations toward booked calls or confirmed appointments..
- Supporting the US setting team with follow-ups, confirmations, and daily admin tasks..
- Writing messages that sound natural, genuine, and aligned with the voice of the brand..
- Understanding conversational nuance, tone, and context so that replies do not sound robotic or scripted..
- Supporting the team with data entry, tracking, CRM updates, and spreadsheet maintenance..
- Keeping internal trackers and records accurate and up to date..
- Helping identify leads that need follow-up or escalation..
- Assisting with general VA/admin tasks for the US setting team..
- Providing support if the DM setter is unavailable, sick, or needs backup..
- Following processes while also thinking critically about how to improve them..
- Communicating clearly with the team through Slack and internal systems..
MUST-HAVE QUALITIES

STRONG WRITTEN ENGLISH AND CONVERSATIONAL SKILLS
You must be excellent at written communication. This role requires you to have real conversations in DMs, understand tone, context, and nuance, and respond in a way that feels genuine, warm, and aligned with the brand.
ABLE TO REPRESENT THE BRAND VOICE
You will be speaking on behalf of the brand, so you need to be able to embody the personality, tone, and communication style of the company you are representing. This is extremely important.
SALES-MINDED AND CONFIDENT IN CONVERSATIONS
You need to be comfortable helping move conversations toward bookings, confirmations, or the next step. You do not need to be pushy, but you do need to understand how to guide a conversation with confidence.
DETAIL-ORIENTED WITH STRONG ADMIN SKILLS
This is also a VA/admin role. You must be accurate with data entry, trackers, CRM updates, notes, and internal systems. Small details matter.
PROACTIVE AND SELF-DIRECTED
You do not wait to be told every small step. You notice what needs to be done, follow the process, ask smart questions when needed, and take ownership of your work.
FAST LEARNER WITH GRIT
You pick things up quickly, stay focused under pressure, and are willing to learn both the DM setting side and the admin side of the role.
ORGANIZED AND HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE
You can juggle conversations, follow-ups, data updates, and admin tasks without things falling through the cracks.
RELIABLE SETUP
You must have your own secure computer/laptop, reliable internet connection, and a distraction-free workstation. Confidentiality and data security are critical in this role.
FULL DEDICATION — NO SIDE GIGS

SKILLS REQUIRED / PREFERRED:
- Strong written English communication — Required.
- DM setting, appointment setting, sales support, or lead generation experience — Preferred.
- Google Sheets, Google Suite, Gmail, Google Docs — Required.
- Data entry, tracking, and database management — Required.
- CRM experience — Preferred.
- Slack experience — Preferred.
- Experience working in an online business, coaching, sales, or service-based environment — Preferred.
- High attention to detail — Required.
- Ability to work US hours — Required.
WORKING HOURS:
- This is a full-time remote role working 40 hours per week
- The role will be based on USA hours/timezone, so applicants must be available to work during US business hours and consistently support the US setting team.
- Exact hours may vary depending on team needs, but full-time availability and commitment to a US schedule are required.
PAY:
Starting rate is $4 USD per hour, with commission/bonus potential available after training.
