Growth & Marketing Assistant at Kronos

Kronos is looking for a part-time Growth & Marketing Assistant to help drive app downloads, paid ads, creator campaigns, and day-to-day marketing execution.

You will work closely with Will and the Kronos team to help launch, test, and improve growth campaigns across paid ads, social media, UGC creators, app store marketing, and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage and organize marketing campaigns
• Assist with paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms
• Track ad performance, downloads, leads, and campaign results
• Help coordinate UGC creators, content submissions, revisions, and assets
• Research new growth channels, creators, communities, and competitors
• Organize creative assets, ad copy, screenshots, and campaign notes
• Help with social media posting, outreach, and basic content planning
• Update spreadsheets, reports, and campaign trackers
• Work alongside Will to push app downloads and improve campaign performance
• Create high-quality static ad creatives, 3D graphic design creatives, and motion graphic creatives for paid ads and social media
• Help turn app screenshots, product visuals, UGC clips, and campaign ideas into polished ad assets

Requirements:

• Strong written English
• Experience in growth marketing, paid ads, social media, or app marketing
• Experience creating 3D graphic design creatives and motion graphic creatives is required
• Comfortable creating ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and other social channels
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, docs, social platforms, and online dashboards
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
• Able to research, track, and report information clearly
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit, UGC, influencer marketing, or App Store marketing is a plus
• Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar design/motion tools is a plus
• Fintech, crypto, mobile app, or startup experience is a plus but not required

This will start as a part-time role with the opportunity to grow as Kronos scales.
