About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to manage multiple brands across different industries. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in copywriting, content creation, and visual design who can seamlessly adapt to different brand voices while producing engaging, high-quality content.
You'll be responsible for planning, writing, designing, scheduling, and managing social media content from start to finish. You'll work across several businesses simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining creativity and consistency.
We're looking for someone who embraces AI as a productivity tool, understands how to write effective prompts, and knows how to refine AI-generated content so it feels natural, authentic, and aligned with each brand's voice.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

  • Manage multiple social media accounts across various industries.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for each brand.
  • Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
  • Schedule and publish content across Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Adapt messaging and content to suit each client's unique tone of voice.
  • Monitor engagement and recommend improvements based on performance.
  • Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.

Copywriting & Content Creation (Core Responsibility)

  • Write compelling, engaging, and original copy for social media posts, campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Develop content that educates, informs, entertains, and strengthens each brand's online presence.
  • Create copy tailored to different industries and audiences while maintaining each client's unique voice.
  • Produce multiple creative content concepts and campaign ideas every month (minimum of four fresh campaign ideas per client).
  • Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
  • Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand messaging requirements and campaign objectives.

Graphic Design & Video Content

  • Design professional social media graphics using Canva.
  • Produce engaging short-form videos using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Source high-quality stock images, videos, and creative assets.
  • Ensure all creative assets follow each client's branding guidelines.
  • Create content in a variety of formats, including reels, carousels, static graphics, stories, and promotional videos.

AI-Assisted Content Development

  • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity and content creation.
  • Write effective prompts that generate useful first drafts.
  • Edit, personalise, and refine AI-generated content so it sounds natural and authentic.
  • Ensure content never appears overly AI-generated or generic.
  • Balance AI efficiency with human creativity and strategic thinking.

Paid Social Media Campaigns

  • Create, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work within allocated advertising budgets where applicable.
  • Use campaign insights to improve future content and advertising performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and content performance.
  • Prepare regular reports with recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Identify successful content trends and opportunities for optimisation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write for different industries and brand voices.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and storytelling.
  • Professional graphic design experience using Canva.
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices.
  • Experience creating and maintaining content calendars.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience sourcing content from stock image and video libraries.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
