Talent Staffing and Recruiting is a U.S.-based permanent placement firm specializing in healthcare and other niche markets. We help companies hire hard-to-find talent and build long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us win new U.S. clients and grow our client base.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle business development role. You will be responsible for finding prospects, reaching out to decision-makers, booking discovery calls, presenting our recruiting services, and closing new client agreements.

This role is best for someone with strong outbound B2B sales experience who is comfortable selling to U.S. companies and senior-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Prospect and contact U.S. companies with hiring needs
Use email , phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Book and conduct qualified discovery calls
Present our staffing and recruiting services professionally
Manage prospects from first outreach to signed agreement
Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in the CRM
Coordinate with the recruiting team after a client is signed

Success in This Role Means

Booking at least 2 qualified client meetings per week
Signing at least 2 new clients per month
Maintaining consistent outbound activity
Building a strong pipeline of potential clients

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition experience
Experience selling to or working with the U.S. market
Proven experience with outbound prospecting and closing new business
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable speaking with executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage your own pipeline
Available to work U.S. business hours

Preferred

Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR services, or agency sales
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Experience with cold email , cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
