About the Role

US-based direct-hire healthcare recruiting firm is hiring a Physician Recruiter (full-cycle, voice) dedicated to a US hospital client's physician openings — employed, permanent positions (medical oncology, cardiology, anesthesiology, and more) at a coastal-Oregon community hospital. Our AI engine builds the physician lists and handles the first outreach wave; you take over the human part: get physicians on the phone and email , run a white-glove screen, collect the CV, verify licensure and board certification, write a submit-ready presentation, and coordinate interviews with our US team. Fully remote, Philippines-based, long-term.

Physician recruitment is the premium desk: fewer, bigger placements, longer cycles, and candidates who expect to be treated like the professionals they are. Your quota is measured in quality conversations, CVs collected, and screened submissions — not dial counts.

WHAT YOU DO DAILY:

  • Work the AI-generated physician worklists and every inbound physician reply: phone + personal email follow-up, evenings-their-time persistence, always professional.
  • Run a structured physician screen: specialty and board certification, current practice setting, licensure states and Oregon licensure pathway, compensation expectations, relocation/timeline, motivation.
  • Collect the CV, verify credentials (board certification, active state licenses, any flags) BEFORE submission — nothing unverified reaches the client.
  • Write the physician presentation packet (specialty, training, certifications, availability, comp expectations, why-this-opportunity) and book the submission + interviews with our US team.
  • Keep the ATS honest: every touch, every disposition, same day.

REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years recruiting US PHYSICIANS specifically — at a physician-search/staffing firm OR an in-house hospital physician-recruitment office. Nurse/allied-only recruiting does not qualify for this seat (we have a separate opening for that — see our other posts).
  • You know the physician-recruitment mechanics without looking them up: board certification vs board eligibility, state licensure and IMLC, employed vs locums vs private-practice models, sign-on/relocation/loan-repayment structures, and the sourcing channels physicians actually use.
  • Proven personal numbers: searches worked, physicians presented, placements made, typical time-to-fill. We verify on the interview.
  • Excellent spoken and written English — physicians are the most discerning candidates in healthcare; your calls and email s must be flawless and warm.
  • Fixed US night shift long-term (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT, Mon-Fri) with a professional home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data).

COMPENSATION: $1,200-$1,500/month base (by experience and proven physician placements; night differential included) + performance commission on every physician placement — specifics discussed at offer. Paid via Wise, reliable and on time.

DO NOT APPLY IF: you have never personally recruited physicians for US positions (nurse/allied/tech-only experience — apply to our Senior Recruiter post instead); you've only sourced/researched and never screened and presented a physician yourself; you can't state your own search/placement numbers; your English isn't strong enough for physician-level conversations; or you can't commit to the fixed US night shift.

WHY US: a dedicated physician desk with live, real openings on day one (not a cold start), an AI engine doing the sourcing grind for you, and commission on placements whose fees make this the highest-leverage seat in the company. Clear path: Physician Recruiter ? Physician Desk Lead.

TO APPLY, ANSWER ALL SIX (applications missing any of these will not be reviewed):
1. Describe your US physician recruiting experience: firm/hospital name(s), years, which specialties you recruited, and employed-permanent vs locums mix.
2. Your REAL personal numbers for a recent year: searches worked, physicians presented/submitted, placements closed, typical time-to-fill. (Honest ranges beat inflated exact numbers — we verify.)
3. In your own words (no lookup): what does an employed medical oncologist need in place before practicing at an Oregon hospital? (Think certification, licensure, and anything else a hospital will credential.)
4. Include a LINK to a 60-90 second voice recording: the OPENING of a call to a cardiologist about a coastal-Oregon employed opportunity — introduce yourself, respect their time, and earn the next five minutes. (The single most important part of your application.)
5. Fixed US night shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT), Mon-Fri, long-term — Yes/No + any constraint. Home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet — Y/N each.
6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD), expected monthly base, earliest start date.
