About the Role

US-based direct-hire healthcare recruiting firm is hiring a Senior Recruiter (full-cycle, voice) for our imaging/allied and physician desks. We hand you pre-sourced, pre-verified candidate worklists every shift (our AI engine builds the pools — sourcing is NOT your bottleneck). You get US healthcare candidates on the PHONE, screen them properly, verify their credentials, write a submit-ready candidate packet, and book the submission with our US team. All candidates you recruit are US-based clinicians (radiologic technologists, CT/MRI techs, sonographers, surgical techs, respiratory therapists, physicians); all clients are US hospitals and health systems. Fully remote, Philippines-based, long-term.

This is a senior seat with a real quota and real commission: you own the screened-submission number for your desk, starting at 5 screened submissions/week and ramping to 10. Every placement you make pays you a commission on top of base.

WHAT YOU DO DAILY:

  • Work the AI-generated worklist: call US imaging/allied and physician candidates (we provide the phone system; allied-health candidates prefer phone — that's why this is a voice seat).
  • Run a structured recruiter screen: motivation, compensation expectations, licensure, timeline, fit against the live req.
  • Verify credentials before any submission (ARRT, ARDMS/RDMS/RDCS/RVT, CST, CRCST, RRT, state licenses — our screen-and-credential gate; nothing unverified goes to a client).
  • Write a tight, submit-ready candidate packet (summary, credentials, comp, availability, why-this-req) and book the client submission with the US team.
  • Keep the ATS honest: every call, every disposition, same day.

REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years US healthcare AGENCY recruiting (imaging/allied, nursing, or physician desks — agency/staffing side, not internal HR). Imaging/allied depth is a strong plus: you should know what ARRT, RDMS, or CST mean without looking them up.
  • Proven PERSONAL production numbers you can state and defend — your own submissions, interviews, and placements for a recent quarter (not your team's). We verify on the interview.
  • You have personally phone-screened US candidates end-to-end — this is not a sourcing-only or email -only seat.
  • Excellent spoken English for US phone screens — clear, confident, professional. This is the #1 requirement and there WILL be a live spoken check.
  • Can work the FIXED US night shift long-term (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT, Mon-Fri) with a reliable home setup (quiet room, headset, stable internet, backup power/data).
  • Disciplined ATS usage — honest pipeline reporting, no ghost activity.

COMPENSATION: $1,000-$1,300/month base (by experience and proven production; night differential included) + monthly performance commission on every placement you close — commission specifics discussed at offer. Paid via Wise, reliable and on time.

DO NOT APPLY IF: you have never recruited for US healthcare accounts; your experience is sourcing/research only and you've never personally phone-screened and submitted a candidate; you can't state your own submission/interview/placement numbers; your spoken English isn't strong enough for live US candidate calls; you can't commit to the fixed US night shift; or your only healthcare exposure is BPO customer service / claims processing (this is a recruiting seat, not a support seat).

WHY US: the sourcing grind is already done for you — our AI engine hands you verified candidate pools every day, so your time goes to the high-value work (screening, closing candidates, placements = commission). Competitive base at the top of the market, fully remote, long-term, with a clear path Senior Recruiter ? Desk Lead as the team grows.

TO APPLY, ANSWER ALL SIX (applications missing any of these will not be reviewed):
1. Describe your US healthcare AGENCY recruiting experience: which agency/agencies, how many years, which desks (imaging/allied, nursing, physician, other), and direct-hire (permanent) vs travel/contract mix.
2. Your REAL personal numbers for one recent quarter (your own, not your team's): submissions made, candidate interviews set, placements closed, and the typical candidate salary or fee level. (We verify these on the call — honest ranges beat inflated exact numbers.)
3. Name the credential(s) a US hospital requires for each of these three roles, in your own words (no lookup): a CT technologist, a cardiac sonographer (echo), and a surgical technologist. Add one sentence on why imaging/allied roles are chronically hard for hospitals to fill.
4. Include a LINK to a 60-90 second voice recording: the OPENING of a mock recruiter screen call to a US radiologic technologist ("Hi, this is ___ calling about the CT tech opening in Colorado...") — introduce yourself, set the agenda, and ask your first two screening questions. (This is the single most important part of your application.)
5. Can you commit to a FIXED US night shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PHT), Mon-Fri, long-term? (Yes/No + any constraint.) And your home setup: internet speed, headset, quiet room, backup power/internet — Y/N each.
6. Current/most-recent monthly pay (PHP or USD), your expected monthly base, and earliest start date.
