About Us

We are a Singapore-based Meta Ads agency creating performance-focused short-form video content for more than 30 clients across the real estate, tuition, and service industries.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Video Editor VA to join our team full-time. You will edit engaging videos for paid advertisements and social media, create simple graphics, and support our creative production process.

What You’ll Do

• Edit approximately 3–5 talking-head videos videos per week
• Work on videos ranging from 15 to 90 seconds within approximately 2–3 hours
• Add accurate captions, suitable music, transitions, and simple effects
• Create simple thumbnails, social media posts, and basic ad creatives using Canva
• Follow clear creative briefs, brand guidelines, and SOPs
• Communicate clearly with the team regarding progress, revisions, and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of video editing experience
• Experience editing short-form content for platforms such as Facebook , Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing software
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or a similar platform
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and accept feedback professionally
• Consistent, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Available for full-time work with no other active full-time or part-time jobs

Work Arrangement

• Fully remote
• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
• Day shift based on Singapore Time
• Start date: ASAP

Application Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a 60-minute real-time editing challenge. The challenge is designed to assess your:

• Editing speed
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Creative judgment
• Time management under a deadline

Once your schedule is confirmed, we will send the raw footage and creative brief at the agreed start time. You will need to complete and submit your final edited video within 60 minutes.
