We are a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency hiring an Outbound Appointment Setter to connect with business owners and decision-makers. Your job is to generate interest in our services and schedule discovery calls for our sales team — not to close deals.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send outreach messages to business owners and marketing managers
Clearly communicate our agency's value proposition
Qualify prospects based on business size, budget, and current marketing needs
Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team
Follow up with leads via phone, email , or messaging as needed
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every interaction
Hit weekly appointment-setting targets consistently

Qualifications:
1+ year of outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience (digital marketing industry a plus)
Clear, confident spoken and written English
Comfortable handling objections calmly and professionally
Familiar with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
