About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff / Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO and help build a highly organized, scalable eCommerce company.
This is one of the most important leadership positions in the business. Your mission is to build systems, improve workflows, coordinate teams, delegate work, and ensure projects move from idea to completion without constant CEO involvement.
You will be responsible for creating structure, accountability, and operational excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and priorities.
- Help organize daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business goals.
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and executive summaries.
Operations & Project Management
- Own and manage the company project management system (ClickUp).
- Assign, prioritize, and track projects across all departments.
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects move forward efficiently.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Build and improve company workflows.
- Develop and maintain SOPs.
- Create dashboards and KPIs.
- Improve efficiency through automation and better systems.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate work between Operations, Amazon, Creative, Marketing, PPC, Product Development, Inventory, and external vendors.
- Hold tea ---------- mbers accountable and follow up on deliverables.
- Run weekly project meetings and provide leadership updates.
Product Launch Coordination
- Oversee launch timelines.
- Ensure packaging, listings, inventory, marketing assets, and production stay on schedule.
- Coordinate communication between departments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Operations Management, Chief of Staff, Project Management, or Business Operations experience.
- Experience building operational systems and improving business processes.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Highly proactive and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Proven experience is more important than formal education.

- Significantly reduce the CEO's involvement in day-to-day operations.
