About the Role

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our sales across multiple online marketplaces beyond Amazon.
You will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing catalog performance, launching new products, coordinating promotions, monitoring account health, and driving revenue across all sales channels.
This role works closely with our Amazon team, Creative Director, PPC Manager, and Operations team to ensure a consistent customer experience and brand presence across every marketplace.

Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage and grow our presence on:

  • Shopify
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • TikTok Shop
  • Instagram Shop
  • Facebook Shop
  • eBay
  • Etsy (if applicable)
  • Additional marketplaces as we expand

Product Listings

  • Create and optimize product listings.
  • Write SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions.
  • Upload images, videos, and digital assets.
  • Manage product variations.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and inventory.
  • Ensure listing compliance with each platform's policies.

Product Launches

  • Coordinate new product launches across all marketplaces.
  • Ensure listings, images, inventory, and pricing are ready before launch.
  • Coordinate promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Sales Growth

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Improve conversion rates.
  • Increase average order value.
  • Expand into new marketplaces.
  • Analyze competitors and pricing strategies.

Promotions

  • Create and manage:
  • Coupons
  • Discounts
  • Bundles
  • Flash sales
  • Seasonal promotions
  • Marketplace advertising campaigns (excluding Amazon PPC)

Inventory & Catalog Management

  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Prevent overselling.
  • Coordinate inventory across multiple channels.
  • Maintain accurate product catalogs.
  • Resolve listing errors and synchronization issues.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor account health.
  • Resolve marketplace issues.
  • Improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with customer support when needed.
  • Help reduce returns through better listings and product information.

Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on:

  • Revenue
  • Conversion rate
  • Traffic
  • Marketplace growth
  • Best-selling products
  • Inventory performance
  • Advertising performance
  • Customer feedback
  • Account health metrics

Provide weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:

  • Amazon Specialist
  • Creative Director
  • Graphic Designer
  • PPC Manager
  • Social Media Manager
  • Operations Team
  • Manufacturers
  • Leadership

Ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across every sales channel.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of e-commerce marketplace management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify.
  • Experience with Walmart Marketplace.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop.
  • Experience with Meta Commerce (Facebook & Instagram Shops).
  • Experience with eBay.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred but not required. Demonstrated success managing multi-channel e-commerce businesses is more important than formal education.

  • Beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Amazon ecosystem experience.

  • Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Inventory synchronization tools.
  • International marketplace expansion.
  • AI-assisted listing optimization.
