About the Role

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the visual direction of a fast-growing eCommerce consumer products company.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing a premium, recognizable brand across Amazon, Shopify, product packaging, advertising, social media, email marketing, and all digital channels.
You will be responsible for creating a cohesive visual identity across a growing catalog of products while ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a premium brand experience.

Responsibilities
Brand Leadership

  • Own and evolve the company's visual identity.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Build a recognizable premium brand across all channels.
  • Ensure consistency across every product and marketing asset.

Packaging Design

  • Lead the design of premium packaging for 100+ SKUs.
  • Develop scalable packaging systems that maintain consistency while allowing each product line to stand out.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and collaborate with manufacturers to ensure print accuracy.

Amazon & eCommerce Creative

  • Design high-converting Amazon listing images.
  • Create Premium A+ Content.
  • Design Amazon Brand Store pages.
  • Optimize creative assets based on conversion data and customer behavior.
  • Ensure all creative complies with Amazon policies and best practices.

Shopify & Website

  • Design premium Shopify product pages.
  • Create landing pages and collection pages.
  • Improve user experience and conversion rate.
  • Maintain consistent branding throughout the website.

Marketing & Advertising

  • Create advertising creatives for Amazon, Meta, Google, email marketing, and social media.
  • Design promotional campaigns, banners, launch materials, catalogs, and print collateral.
  • Produce creative assets for seasonal promotions and new product launches.

Product Launch Leadership

  • Lead all creative aspects of product launches.
  • Coordinate packaging, listing images, A+ Content, website assets, advertising creatives, and video content.
  • Ensure every launch meets the highest creative standards.

Creative Strategy & CRO

  • Develop creative strategies based on analytics and customer insights.
  • Conduct ongoing testing and optimization to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend design improvements.

Art Direction

  • Direct product photography and lifestyle photoshoots.
  • Create shot lists and ensure visual consistency across all photography and video.

Creative Operations

  • Build scalable design systems, templates, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries.
  • Improve creative processes for efficiency and consistency.

Leadership

  • Lead and mentor designers, freelancers, photographers, and videographers.
  • Conduct creative reviews and maintain high quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, operations, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • 3+ years in a Creative Director, Art Director, or senior creative leadership role.
  • Extensive experience designing for Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, Amazon listings, and digital marketing.
  • Experience building and maintaining premium consumer brands.
  • Exceptional understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and consumer psychology.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required. An exceptional portfolio and proven experience are valued more than formal education.

  • Beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Experience managing brands with 100+ SKUs.
  • Amazon Premium A+ Content and Brand Store design.
  • Shopify theme customization and UX.
  • Product photography and art direction.
  • Motion graphics and video editing.
  • 3D product rendering and mockups.
  • AI-assisted creative workflows.
  • Working directly with manufacturers and printers.
  • Creative workflow management using ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , or similar platforms.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our brand's presence across all major social media platforms while managing paid advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue.
This role combines content strategy, social media management, influencer marketing, community engagement, and paid advertising into one position. You will work closely with our Creative Director, marketing team, and leadership to build a premium consumer brand.

Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
  • Build a recognizable and engaging brand across all platforms.
  • Create monthly content calendars.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates.

Content Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across:
