About the Role:
We are a growing U.S.-based digital marketing agency managing multiple clients across website, SEO, paid ads, and social media. We are hiring a Part-Time Marketing Project Manager to own client delivery, manage a team of part-time specialists, communicate directly with clients, and drive measurable results month over month.

Responsibilities:
Project & Team Management
Track all client deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across every account
Follow up with tea ---------- mbers daily on task completion and blockers
Run weekly tea ---------- etings — keep them focused, action-driven, and documented
Build and improve internal processes and SOPs as the agency grows
Update project boards and deliverable trackers in real time
Onboard new tea ---------- mbers to existing workflows

Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates and check-ins
Send weekly or bi-weekly progress reports to clients
Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
Set clear expectations and communicate timelines confidently

Performance & Results:
Review client SEO performance regularly using SEMrush and more (rankings, traffic, audits, backlinks)
Identify gaps in deliverables and proactively increase output where needed
Flag underperforming accounts and recommend corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement across all client campaigns
Take responsibility for results — not just task completion

Qualifications:
2+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency
Hands-on experience with SEMrush or similar SEO tools
Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, websites, and social media marketing
Proven experience managing remote, part-time teams
Confident communicator — able to write and speak professionally with U.S. clients
Proficient in project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Results-oriented mindset — you care about outcomes, not just activity
Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Work Style:
Part-time: 2PM–6PM EST, Monday–Friday (20 hours/week)
Fully remote
Timeproof required during all working hours
Strong potential to grow into a full-time role as the agency scales
