Commercial / Residential Real Estate Marketing Assistant

We are a KELLER WILLIAMS real estate team. We are hiring for the position of a Marketing assistant. You will be working with our tea ---------- mbers in EST so we prefer someone who has had previous experience working in this timezone. High paced business work flow requires us to look for someone who is RESPONSIBLE, can reply in a timely manner, is detail-oriented and loves to work with a passionate and hardworking team. We value someone with a great work ethic with experienced skills

Commercial Real Estate experience HIGHLY preferred!
Tools we use: Costar, Crexi, Realnex, Builtout..
Document we prepared: LOI / PSA / NDA ..

These will be your day-to-day tasks:

1.listing Marketing
Knows how to use canva, KW command to create the flyer. Create listing “coming soon”, “just for sale” email campaigns•Marketing video editing and post online ( website, youtube, social medias )

2.Managing the mail campaigns•Create the mailing postcards for our clients and mail out via flodesk monthly

3.Website Maintenance
•Once a week website updates and maintenance for updating the feature properties, marketing trends articles, event updates...
and create landing pages for the listings with QR code and form inserts.

4 .Facebook updates and campaigns•Keep facebook updated daily for any team listings on “sold, for sale, open house” status. •Create paid facebook campaigns for the necessary listings or needs.

5.client’s event and educational seminar marketing packages.
•Follow the event schedules and make the flyers, online evites accordingly, as well as the registration form set up.

6.Making the marketing portfolio on the subject property.

7. 3 times a week social post with professional contents and videos.

7.Other daily marketing related office coordinations

We need someone who is knowledgeable with the following tools:
Canva
Capcut, photoshop, illustrators.
video editing / background music add
Godaddy/Wordpress / eventbrite /
Other backend tools and websites
