I'm looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me with essential admin tasks and marketing initiatives.

Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of data entry critical to our client deals and agents' communication while contributing to dynamic marketing/Social media campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about organization and creativity who can excel in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This position will be mostly based on Eastern Standard Times.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry:
  • Manage data entry projects with extreme attention to detail to avoid costly errors.
  • Calendar/communication organization
  • Deadline/Contingency management
  • Lead/CRM organization
  • Update and maintain records in systems such as Bright MLS, Google Spreadsheets, Skyslope, TC docs, Follow Up Boss, +.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data crucial to client deals and agent commissions.
  • Marketing:
  • Create engaging and consistent social media content to captivate our audience.
  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, graphics, and presentations using Canva.
  • Develop and execute creative campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Bright MLS, Canva, Google Spreadsheets, Skyslope, TCdocs, Follow Up Boss is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
  • Proactive and able to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the team.
