Short-Form Content Research Specialist – $800 p/m + Bonuses (Up to $1,100 p/m)

Full-Time | Long-Term Role

Salary: $800 per month
Payment: Twice a month via Wise. Always on time.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible PH daytime hours)

You will work with clear systems, templates, and direct manager support.

Since 2019, we’ve worked with over 4,000 clients. We help creators and beginners grow on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using short-form content, AI tools, and proven systems.

We onboard 80 to 100 new clients per month.

TASKS

• Research 30 to 50 viral short-form videos per client on IG Reels and TikTok
• Select ideas based on client niche and personality
• Add links and hooks to the Client Master Sheet
• Categorize content as Hero Story, Educational, Entertaining, or Promotional
• Write clear replication instructions
• Recommend 3 inspirational accounts per client
• Maintain an organized content library
• Submit a daily End-of-Day report
• Attend weekly manager meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong English written and spoken
• Experience with social media content
• Understanding of viral short-form content
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet
• Full-time availability, 7.5 hours per day
• Long-term commitment
