We're looking for an experienced Invoicing Specialist who can keep up with a high-volume, fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical.

Position Overview

We are seeking a QuickBooks expert who knows the software inside and out. Your primary responsibility will be creating and sending customer invoices immediately after our team requests them.

This is a response-driven position. You must be available at your computer during your scheduled shift and able to send invoices within 60 seconds of receiving a request.

Responsibilities
Create and send customer invoices through QuickBooks.
Process invoice requests within 60 seconds of receiving them.
Ensure all invoices are accurate before sending.
Maintain organized customer records in QuickBooks.
Follow company invoicing procedures and naming conventions.
Communicate with the sales and operations teams regarding invoice status.
Correct invoicing errors quickly and professionally.
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information.
Requirements
Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
Minimum 2 years of invoicing or bookkeeping experience.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Extremely fast typing and computer navigation skills.
Reliable high-speed internet.
Must remain available at your computer throughout your scheduled shift.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written communication.
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
Performance Expectations
Invoice turnaround time: Within 60 seconds of receiving a request.
99%+ invoicing accuracy.
Maintain responsiveness throughout scheduled working hours.
Professional communication with internal staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the home services industry (water filtration, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.)
Experience with CRM systems.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Familiarity with payment processing and customer billing.
