We're looking for a highly organized Dispatcher / Scheduling Coordinator to ensure every installation is scheduled efficiently and every plumber is dispatched to the right location at the right time.

Position Overview

As our Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily installation schedules, communicate with customers and plumbers, and ensure appointments are assigned based on location, availability, and requested installation dates.

This position requires someone who is highly organized, quick to respond, excellent at problem-solving, and comfortable managing multiple schedules simultaneously.

Responsibilities
Schedule installation appointments for customers.
Dispatch plumbers to the correct job locations.
Coordinate appointments based on customer-requested date and time.
Optimize routes to minimize drive time and maximize efficiency.
Communicate schedule changes to customers and technicians.
Confirm appointments with customers prior to installation.
Monitor technician schedules throughout the day.
Handle last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and emergency scheduling.
Maintain accurate scheduling records in our CRM.
Work closely with sales, customer service, and installation teams.
Requirements
Previous dispatching or scheduling experience (Home Services preferred).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills (phone, email , and text).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
Proficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Google Calendar.
Ability to remain available during scheduled working hours.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience dispatching plumbers, HVAC, electricians, or home service technicians.
Knowledge of route optimization.
Experience with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar dispatch software.
Customer service experience.
Performance Expectations
Schedule installation appointments accurately and efficiently.
Keep technician schedules optimized throughout the day.
Respond quickly to schedule changes and customer requests.
Minimize technician downtime and travel time.
Maintain excellent communication with both customers and installers.
